We're happy to support you with a one-off payment to help manage your mortgage or purchase costs.
We will make a reduction to your completion statement, allowing you to keep a portion of your mortgage loan. As a result, the payment comes directly from the bank, not from HarperCrewe. We’ll simply reduce how much you need to pay on completion day.

Yes, you’re free to use the mortgage subsidy for anything you need to pay for. If you don’t use it towards your mortgage, however, your repayments won’t be reduced. For the best way to use your subsidy, we recommend speaking to an Independent Financial Advisor.
