Our Assisted Move scheme helps make moving to a new HarperCrewe home as easy and stress-free as possible. We'll hold your HarperCrewe new home while your existing home sells, guiding you through every step so you can move with confidence. 

We can recommend a trusted estate agent to value and sell your current home, offering support throughout the process. This provides the peace of mind to know you can still move into your dream home quickly and smoothly, even if your existing home isn't yet sold. 

You may sell through any estate agent of your choosing. We can recommend reliable, experienced agents to you if you desire. 

We can cover the estate agent fees up to 1.5% of your new home’s price. You’ll only pay any additional costs, giving you financial clarity from the start. Please make sure that you speak to the sales team at point of reservation to benifit from this incentive. 

We’ll work with you; if a sale isn’t agreed within four weeks we may need to re-evaluate your offer, but our team will guide you every step of the way. 

If you decide to cancel the reservation, you’ll then be responsible for any outstanding fees already incurred. 

It is your responsibility to select your agent, arrange valuations and manage offers. We will hold your HarperCrewe home and be on hand to offer support throughout this process.

Once your current home sale is complete and keys are handed over, you’ll receive the keys to your new HarperCrewe home. 

You remain responsible for all bills until the completion date. Please make sure to take final meter readings to avoid any confusion.
