We chose to build our new homes in Northamptonshire in this picturesque village, as it is steeped in history, with landmarks like St Mary’s Church and Chichele College reflecting its medieval roots. The sense of community is also strong, with a monthly farmers’ market and the festive Christmas Sparkle event. Not only are you surrounded by beautiful countryside, but you also have access to great everyday amenities, such as schools, a convenience store, and a pharmacy, all right on your doorstep. 

There are also plenty of activities and attractions to suit every taste near our small housing development in Northamptonshire. For example, Althorp Estate is a place to explore, or you can wander the gardens of Castle Ashby. Love the great outdoors? Take in the landscapes of the Nene Valley or enjoy a leisurely walk alongside the Grand Union Canal. On a rainy day, dive into history at the Northampton Museum and Art Gallery, catch a performance at the Royal & Derngate Theatre, or simply take a seat at any one of the numerous cosy pubs in the area and enjoy a fresh, delicious meal.
