Our new builds in Castlefield Park bring a selection of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses to the tranquil village of Harlington. Home to a farmer’s market, cosy cafes and schools, it’s known for its friendly community and neighbourly atmosphere.

Our thoughtful development is designed with open spaces and a wide variety of homes, adding to its sense of togetherness.

Harlington offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful village setting with exceptional connections. From Castlefield Park, it's just a five-minute walk to Harlington station, where direct services can take you to London St Pancras in as little as 45 minutes. Regular rail links also provide easy access to Luton, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Brighton, making commuting and days out refreshingly straightforward.

Alongside its excellent rail connections, Castlefield Park enjoys convenient access to the M1, just five minutes from the development. Connecting you effortlessly to major towns, cities and business hubs across the region, it's a location designed to keep you well connected without compromising on village charm.

It’s also near Flitwick, just north of the Chilterns, making it a convenient spot for hikers, day trippers and families with children.

Our Harlington new builds are conveniently located just outside the village, with several local shops, a doctor’s surgery, Post Office and dentist all nearby.

Fancy a fresh cheese board for dinner? The Poplars Garden Centre provides a farm shop just down the road, a 2-minute drive or a 14-minute walk away from home.

Organising a coffee morning? The Hub & Spoke Cafe is a similar distance through the village. You can also enjoy a full roast dinner at your local pub, The Carpenters Arms, or drive 4 minutes into Toddington for more dining options.

Another advantage of living in our new homes near Luton is the range of shopping opportunities. Any weekly shops can be done there, with the likes of Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s all available.

You’ll also find Luton Point, the town’s main shopping centre, which is home to high street brands and dining options alike.

The Sundon Hills Country Park is just down the road from the village, around a 5-minute drive away from our new homes in Harlington, while the National Trust operates a site at Sharpenhoe, where residents can find an iron age hillfort and a hiking route.

Looking for a day trip? The Woburn Safari Park is 11 minutes away by car, where a 60–90-minute road safari is available alongside a foot safari for longer outings. A few attractions include birds of prey, sea lions and tigers, making it a popular nearby destination for anyone looking for new homes near Flitwick.

Harlington is also just north of the Chilterns National Landscape, a large swathe of chalk escarpments and hillside vistas to enjoy. A favourite of hikers and families, the Chilterns is home to child-friendly farms, a Natural History Museum and Whipsnade Zoo.

And if you’re looking to keep the little ones entertained, it’s only 14 miles (20-minute drive) to Gulliver’s Land Theme Park in Milton Keynes. There, you’ll find plenty of rides, play areas and a Dinosaur & Farm Park, all designed for children aged 2 to 13.

The M1 runs between Harlington and Toddington, with an access point a 2-minute drive away from our houses for sale in Harlington. You can reach Luton in 12 minutes southbound, while Milton Keynes is 26 minutes northbound.

Harlington train station is a 6-minute walk down the road from Castlefield Park. It’s located along the busy Brighton to Bedford line, with services operating around the clock capable of getting you into London St Pancras in only 45 minutes.

There are also plenty of bus stops available in Harlington. Our houses for sale at Castlefield Park are close to the Railway Station stop, which residents can use to catch the 42 bus to Toddington.

The village of Harlington does things a little differently: instead of a two-tiered system, it separates age groups into three different schools. This allows teachers to give each year group extra attention and care during formative years.

Families with young children have access to Harlington Lower, a primary school for students between 4 and 9 years old. Harlington Upper is the other school located in the village, accepting secondary pupils from 13 to 18.

The middle ground is at Parkfields School a 5-minute drive away, where students between 9 and 13 can attend late KS2 and early KS3 education. A direct bus is also available between Harlington and Parkfields.

Buying a new home in the Luton area also brings access to excellent higher education opportunities, as you can take advantage of the easy commuting distance to enrol in the likes of Barnfield College or the University of Bedfordshire’s Luton campus.
