We can consider homes valued at up to 60% of your new home's price, with a maximum value of £500,000.
You’ll receive valuations from three estate agents, and one of our team will inspect your home before agreeing the offer.
If you're not happy with the valuation, you're welcome to explore other options for selling your home.
We'll work with you to determine which items stay and which you'll take with you. It's all about making the process smooth.
Please keep your home in good condition until completion. We just want everything to be ready for the new owner!
You'll need to provide some essential documents (like gas and electric certificates) before completion. Then, simply ensure your home is clean and vacant on completion day.
We cover up to 1.5% of your new home's price. Any fees above that would be your responsibility.
